2.  We do not tolerate bad sportsmanship.  If caught using bad 

      sportsmanship you will be disqualified without a refund.

3.  No transfer of photo contest or guestbook drawing wins.

4.  No refund of deposit.  If you are unable to attend, you may use your

     deposit at next year's pageant.

5.  With less than 50 contestants, all bonds will be prorated except for the

     Mega Supreme $5,000.00 bond.  The Mega Supreme bond is guaranteed

     no matter how many contestants are entered into the pageant.  If we do

     have to prorate, the prorate will be on a scale percentage.  For example:

     If the bond is to $1,000.00 and there are 25 contestants, the bond will be prorated to $500

6.  Please do not ask who is in your group.  Information on other

     contestants will not be given out.

7.  First deposits get choice of line-up

8.  We do accept PayPal with a 4% fee.  You may PayPal deposits to

      luane@wcnet.net

9.  No dressing rooms will be available.

10.  We will provide all music.  You may bring your own music for Outfit of

       Choice.

11.  No videos or cameras allowed.  We have a professional photographer

       that will be taking pictures.

12.  Age is day of pageant.  There are no fallbacks.  You may move up one

       age group.  Please have a birth certificate available at registration.

13.  You must sign a form stating that your child has not won more than

      $1,500.00 cash at one time ever.  This is for one title.  If your child won

        a jackpot optional or side event at the same pageant, that does not

        apply.  You must not have won more than $1,500 at one time ever for

        one title.  If you win a title and later we find out that you signed a false

        form stating the truth about your child's winning, you will have to return

        all prizes and the next in line will be awarded.  If you sign up for the

        pageant and happen to win more than $1,500 before the date of the

        pageant, your deposit will be refunded.

14.  We feel more informed the parents are, the smoother the pageant runs.

15.  Program book pictures must be turned in NO LATER THAN January

       10, 2007.  If you do not turn a picture by this date,  you will not be in

       the book.

17.  Crowning T-Shirts will be worn at crowning.

18.  We will add a boys' group with enough interest.

Please make your hotel reservation by Jan. 5th to receive special hotel pageant rate.  The hotel cannot give you the pageant rate after the 5th of Jan.  Marriott Houston North at Greenspoint. 281-875-4000. Ask for the Novice of the Year rate.
